SCRAP METALS & RECYCLING MATERIALS

Sustainability lies at the core of Noor Vision International.
Through advanced recycling operations and transparent sourcing, we give new life to scrap metals and recyclable materials gathered from trusted industrial and post-consumer sources. Every processed shipment reduces waste, saves energy, and reinforces our role in building a truly circular, responsible economy.

Our operations focus on both ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, including catalytic converters, production offcuts, electric motors, and other recyclable industrial inputs containing valuable metals such as platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper, and aluminum.

  • Ferrous Scrap

We supply ferrous scrap grades such as HMS 1 & 2 and Shredded 211 (ISRI equivalent) — materials that form the foundation for steel mills and foundries.
Our ferrous scrap is carefully sorted, cleaned, and prepared to ensure predictable melt yields, minimizing impurities and optimizing recovery.

    • HMS 1/2 – heavy melting steel with uniform thickness and density.

    • Shredded 211 – machine-cut, oil-free scrap ideal for fast melting and consistent chemical composition.

    • Structural and rebar scrap – high-grade feedstock for construction steel production.

Non-Ferrous Scrap

Non-ferrous scrap remains one of the most valuable segments of metal recycling, offering high market returns and critical material recovery.
We process and trade the following:

  • Copper wire, pipes, and granules – clean, high-purity Cu materials for electrical and industrial applications.

  • Aluminum profiles and turnings – lightweight scrap used for automotive and manufacturing sectors.

  • Mixed non-ferrous lots (Cu, Al, Zn, Pb) – sorted by type and grade for optimized recycling efficiency.

  • Brass, bronze, and zinc alloys – recovered from industrial waste streams and precision-machined components.

Each non-ferrous shipment is accompanied by documentation detailing composition, purity, and recovery expectations, ensuring transparency for every client.

Catalytic Converters & Precious Metal Recovery

Catalytic converters contain some of the most valuable metals on the planet — platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd), and rhodium (Rh) — essential for both the automotive and refining industries.
We collect and process used converters and similar materials (DPFs, DOCs) through controlled, environmentally compliant facilities.

Using advanced analytical tools such as XRF spectroscopy, we determine the exact PGM content, allowing for accurate pricing and efficient recovery.
Recovered metals are reintroduced into global supply chains, reducing mining needs and supporting the sustainable production of new converters and industrial catalysts.

Industrial Offcuts & Machinery Scrap

In addition to post-consumer materials, we handle production offcuts, machine turnings, electric motors, and transformers, providing reliable recycling routes for industrial partners.
Our team ensures all materials are de-oiled, depolluted, and processed under safety and environmental standards (ISO 14001).

Documentation & Compliance

Every stage of our recycling chain — from collection to delivery — is documented with photos, packing lists, and grade sheets.
We maintain EU environmental compliance, including conformity with Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC) and REACH regulations, ensuring all exports meet the highest sustainability criteria.

Why Recycling Matters

Recycling metals saves up to 95% of the energy required for primary production and significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
For industries, it means lower costs, a stable supply of materials, and active participation in the green transition shaping the global economy.

At Noor Vision International, we turn waste into opportunity — transforming what others discard into resources that build the future.
